You can use the loan for any of your financial needs. Our customers generally use the loan for medical emergencies, wedding/birth/death expenses, house/ shop renovation, travelling etc.

What is Loaney ?

Can I change my Bank Account?

We can only change the account details if there is a mistake in the spelling or number. We cannot change the bank account/Mobile number/email once it is verified.

How to do my KYC?

You need to upload your PAN card, selfie with your PAN card, selfie with "LOANEY" written on a paper. And Aadhar verification with your mobile number.

Penal Interest

We cannot extend the loan term. You will be levied with a delay fee for the delayed period. Our NBFC partner decides the loan term by analysing the data provided by the user. Unfortunately Loaney does not have any control on these issues.

How to repay?

You will be able to repay your loan from your loaney dashboard. You can access it on loaney.in. Login with your mobile number and you will be able to see all the details on your loan and repayment page.

Payment confirmation issue

Sometimes it takes 48-72 hours to get the confirmation. Please share your payment screenshot and reference ID on support we will try to confirm with our NBFC.

Credit limit

Our NBFC partner decides the credit limit and eligibility for a loan by analysing the data provided by the user. Unfortunately Loaney does not have any control on these issues.

How to upload documents?

You will be able to do it from your loaney dashboard. You can access it on loaney.in Login with your mobile number and Go to Verification tab and you will be able to see the photo upload option.

How long does it take for the amount to be disbursed?

It will take 7-10 minutes after the loan is issued for the amount to be reflected in your bank account.

How is my eligibility decided?

Our financial partners analyse the data (and documents) submitted by you to arrive at a decision. Thus customers are requested to fill in all the details in the application to improve their chances of receiving the loan.

How to Revoke Consent Given and/or Delete Data?

Customer who wants their data to be deleted and/or consent to be revoked shall reach out to Our Customer support
